How Do I Sign Up / Become a Member / Submit a Listing?
- Click “Join or Submit Listing” (2nd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Enter in the required information and then click “Submit Registration”
- Next, choose from the drop down menu which Category(s) you would like to be listed under. Note: When selecting Categories, you MUST click the
- “Select Category” button AFTER each selection you make from the drop down list.
- Enter in all required fields and desired information. Then when finished, click “Submit Listing” and proceed through payment process. . .
I Had Trouble Completing My Payment:
- Log In to the Dolphin Club Members website ( www.chellie.com/members ) using your Dolphin Club User Login and Password that you created when you first registered.
- Click "My Account" (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Click the "User Login" link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Click "Join or Submit Listing" at the bottom right and fill out a Listing for you Company (If you do not have a company or would like to fill this information in at a later date, please fill in the required information – Category and Company name [You can use your name as the Company name]) Once you have completed your Listing click "Submit"
- You will then be directed to another page with a "Pay by Authorizenet" button. Click on that and carefully fill out the form with all your information (Please note that the Name and Address information MUST match that of your Credit Card NOT your Listing.)
- When you are finished, click "Send" and wait for the prompt saying, "Your transaction has been accepted." Once you have received this prompt your membership is complete and your Listing is now viewable for search. (Please note: We will then delete any duplicate listings if need be.)
I’m Unable to Select a Category:
You Can Select Up to 8 Categories Per Listing! You Can Edit and Add/Change Categories at Any Time...Please Note: At the Initial Time of Creating Listing: When selecting Categories, you must click the “Select Category” button AFTER each selection you make from the drop down list.
To Add/ Change Categories to a Previous Listing (Follow All Steps Below)
- Login with your Dolphin Club User Login and Password
- Click “My Account” (2nd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Click the “View/Edit” button
- This will take you to your full Listing form.... click “Change” button at the top
- (Now on the Edit page) Select any desired Category from the drop down list.
- You Must click the “Select Category” button to add it.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each additional Category desired.
- When done, click “Change” button at bottom of page.
Do I Have to Fill Out All the Information at the Time of Sign-up?
- No, you do Not need to complete your Listing at the time of sign-up. However, Company Name and Your Name are required. You can Add / Modify your Listing at any time.
Do I Have to Add My Picture / Logo?
- No, these are NOT required, however they do improve your Listing’s visibility.
- If you do not want to add a Picture / Logo, just ignore and click to go to the next screen. If desired, you can always add a Logo / Photo at any time in the future.
Where do I Get my Security Code From?
- It is given automatically during registration. After clicking “Join or Submit Listing”:
- In the first screen where you are asked to enter your desired User Login, E-mail, Password and then to “enter the security code that is shown”.
- Fill in the code EXACTLY as it shows on the screen. Note: It is case sensitive.
How Do I Login?
- Enter your Dolphin Club User Name and Password that you created when you Joined / Submitted a Listing and then click “Enter”
I Am Having Trouble Signing In:
- First, make sure that you are using the correct Username and Password for The Dolphin Club. Check spelling. Please note that both your Username and Password are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot / lost your password, click on the “Password Reminder” link located under the login form. You will receive and e-mail with your information
- If you are still having trouble, please contact memberhelp@chellie.com.
I Lost / Forgot My Password:
(Please Note: Using the Password Reminder will RESET your password and your old password will no longer work.)
- Click on the “User Login” link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Click on the “Password Reminder” link located under the login form
- Enter in your User Name (Login) OR your E-Mail Address
- You will receive an e-mail with your NEW Password (Note: Use the Password EXACTLY as stated. Remember that it is Case-Sensitive.) Your old password will no longer work. If you would like to change your password, follow the instructions below on How to Change Your Password.
How Do I Change My Password?:
- Click on the “User Login” link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- If you received a Password Reminder email, please use the information EXACTLY as stated. (Remember that it is Case-Sensitive.)
- Click “My Account“ (3rd link in left column)
- Click “Change my information“ located at the top of the page.
- You will need to enter in the password given to you in the Password Reminder email, the New Password you would like to change it to, and your email address.
- When completed, click “Modify“ and your information will be automatically updated.
I Can’t Access Listings and / or Features and Articles:
- Are you sure you are already a Member? If not, please see “How Do I Sign Up / Become a Member / Submit a Listing?” and learn how to sign up.
- Access to the Dolphins Downloads and all other features are Only available to Members. Once you sign up, you will be able to access everything as a fellow member on The Dolphin Club site.
I Have a User Login and Password But I Am Not Yet Able to Access the Site or See Listing:
The payment processing was likely unsuccessful or incomplete, and therefore your Membership / Listing is pending and not complete.
To Complete your Membership / Listing:
- Click the "User Login" link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Enter your Dolphin Club User Login and Password
- Click "Join or Submit Listing" (2nd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Create another Listing…(This should take you through the payment process again. We will then delete any duplicate listings if need be.)
Is My Listing Immediately Visible / Approved?
- It may take up to 24 hours for your Listing to be approved.
- If your Listing is not approved in this time your Membership is Incomplete. Please delete this Listing and follow the instructions above on creating another Listing and completing the Payment Process
How Do I Include / Add a Picture or Logo to My Listing?
Did you know: Adding a Picture/Logo GREATLY Enhances Your Listing? IMPORTANT: Be sure your pic/logo follows the restrictions listed: Maximum size (dimensions): 300 x 300 pixels. Max File size: 30 KB. Format: JPG
At The Initial Time of Signup (Skip Steps #1-3 as You Will Already Be in The Listing Form)
To a Previous Listing You Have Created (Follow All Steps Below)
- Click the "User Login" link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Enter your Dolphin Club User Login and Password
- Click “My Account” (2nd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Click the “View/Edit” button.
- Go to "Logo Upload" at the bottom of the page.
- Click the “Browse” button to find the Logo / Picture file on your computer.
- (When it takes you back to the Membership window, you should now see the path to your Logo / Picture in the area [that was blank before])
- Be sure to Click “UPLOAD” after Step 5 is completed. NOTE: Be sure your Logo / Picture follows the restrictions listed: Maximum size: 300 x 300 pixels. JPG format. (There is also an Image Gallery where you can load up to 10 additional pictures. Available after Step 3)
(If you do not see your Logo/Picture, please be sure that you have followed the size restrictions.)
How Do I Modify My Listing / Account Information?
- You can Change / Modify your Listing at ANY time.
- Click the "User Login" link (3rd item in the Left Column Menu)
- Enter your Dolphin Club User Login and Password
- Click the “View/Edit” button
- This will take you to your full Listing form.... click “Change” button at the top.
- Change any text and contact information as desired
- Click “Change” button at the bottom of the page to update your Listing
How Do I Find Another Member?
If you already know who, what or where you are looking for. . .
- Click on the “Search” link (6th item in the Left Column Menu)
- Once there, enter the information you know (such as Name, City, etc.) and click “Search”
- If you want to find a product or service by Category. . .
- On the left side bar located beneath the “Menu” there is a section called “Category List”
- Click the Category you are interested in and browse the different Member Listings
- Click the Listing to learn more...
- If you want to see All Members in a certain location, etc. . .
- Click “Search” and enter the State, City, Zip or Area Code, etc. into the appropriate field(s) and click “Search”
How Do I Receive This Month’s Bonus Gift?
- On the very Top of the Right Column, you'll see "This Month's Bonus Gift" section. Click for details.
How Do I Download Articles and Products?
There are two ways you can access any available Downloads:
- Click “Downloads” from the left side bar titled “Menu”. Then select the desired download and the file will be open / downloaded. Make sure you have the appropriate programs to open / download Chellie’s articles.
- Located on the right side bar titled “Dolphin Downloads” you may select the desired article and it will instantly open / download that particular file. Also located above is News and Articles. Click to read about recent news and Chellie’s articles
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
If You Paid Through PayPal Please Follow the Instructions Below:
- Go to Paypal.com
- Login into your Paypal account (Your email and Paypal Password are required).
- Complete the process as directed by PayPal.
- You will receive confirmation from PayPal that your subscription has been cancelled.
If You Paid Through Authorizenet.com Please Follow the Instructions Below:
- To Cancel your Dolphin Club Membership, please send an email to cancel@chellie.com with the Subject Line reading: Please Cancel My Membership.
- You must include your User Login and Contact info in the body of the email.
- Please allow up to a week for your membership to be cancelled. Do not ask to be cancelled the day before/of your next renewal payment. We will not be responsible if you are charged.
